Dr. Farhana Ferdousi is an Assistant professor of Southeast Business School and Director, Institute of Research & Training (IRT) at Southeast University, Bangladesh. She has a degree in Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and obtained her PhD degree from the Wuhan University (China). Her research interests are Sustainable Development, Entrepreneurship, Microenterprise, Social Enterprise and Human Resource Management. She has authored several book chapters published from the UK and Croatia. She has also published many research articles in various peer-reviewed international indexed journals and proceedings of international conferences. She has presented many research works in France, Germany, Thailand, Indonesia, China and India. She is also working as the strategic research partner of Center for Emerging Market Research, Nan Yang University, Singapore and as a consultant with various international projects. She is an Executive Member of Bangladesh Society for Private University Academics (BSPUA).
