Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun is Assistant Professor, Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University, Dhaka, Bangladesh (on study leave). Currently Mr. Mamun is a PhD (HRM) Researcher at School of Business and Economics (AACSB Accredited), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia. He has more than 18 years of experiences in the field of academic and corporate. He was the coordinator of BBA program at Southeast University and Sylhet International University. He earned MBA (HRM & MKT) degree from Bangalore University, India under Indian Government (ICCR) Scholarship and BBA (MGT) degree from Southern Adventist University, Tennessee, USA. He also completed PGD in Retail Management degree from ICFAI University, India. Mr. Mamun is the Founding Joint General Secretary, Bangladesh Society for Private University Academics (BSPUA). He is the Ex-President of Graduate Student Club, School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Mr. Mamun is a Life Fellow & Ex-Joint Secretary of Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management and one of the Founders of HR Club Bangladesh Ltd. He is the Adviser to the Chairman and Ex-Moderator of National Debate Federation Bangladesh, former moderator of Southeast University Debate Club and founding moderator of Sylhet International University Debating Club. Mr. Mamun was the Syndicate Member at Sylhet International University. He is consultant at My Jobs & HR outsources. Mr. Mamun attends career/HR related TV talk show and Radio program as an expert and resource person and conducted 40+ webinars/workshops/seminars locally and internationally. He was the Conference Secretary of 6^th BSHRM-MetLife International HR conference-2017. Mr. Mamun is the Associate Editor of International Journal of Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management and Reviewer of SEISENSE Journal of Management, Journal of Economics, Management and Trade. He has published 26 research articles in reputed international & local journals including Scopus Indexed Journals. His main area of research interests are Green HRM, Strategic HRM and Sustainability.
