Mr. Saleh Md. Arman is an Associate Professor, Dept. of Business Administration, International University of Scholars, Bangladesh. He has 9 years of academic and research experience in the higher education sector of Bangladesh. Before joining at University of Scholars, he served 3 more private universities of Bangladesh. He completed M.Sc. in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University, Sweden, one of the top 100 Universities worldwide with distinction. His MSc research topic was “Re-commerce to ensure circularity through social media”. He has done his MBA in HRM and BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka. Arman has 13 research publications so far ranging from HRM, Community Economic Development and Economics. His research interests are in circular economy, social media, community economic development and HRM.  Saleh has won the Best Presenter Award for the paper “A Bibliometric Analysis of Scopus and Web of Science Documents of Community Economic Development” at 11th ICFC Conference on Financial Criminology, University Technologi Mara (UiTM) and the Best Paper award on his research work in Sustainable HRM in 2018 at 7th BSHRM Human Resource Conference and. He is efficient in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data. As an academician, Mr. Arman initiates numerous career development programmes by forming career development center. In addition, he has facilitation experience in a couple of training institutions.
