Cancellation of Membership

As per the bylaws of BSPUA, in the following circumstances, any membership shall be cancelled/terminated:

on death or resignation;
on his failing to pay any subscription as when decided by the Society;
he/she duly declared to be incompetent to contract or debarred from membership by any court of law;
he/she is guilty in the opinion the Executive Council by two-thirds ((2/3) majority, of improper conduct or on refusal to comply with or violation of any of the Rules and Regulations or Bylaws of the Society.
